"I was on YouTube….again and the “lower your insurance rates advertising came on”. I decided to go for it so I entered in all my information. My phone immediately started ringing and has been going nonstop. Overall, I spoke with five different agents. Ashton was the first agent I spoke with and I could tell that he was really trying to make the numbers work for me. I asked him to email me the quote and I would follow up with him in a couple weeks. I told him more than likely I would be going with him. I did let him know that if I found a quote that was comparable to his that was less expensive. I would give him the opportunity to match it. It’s definitely difficult to shop for insurance because you need to make sure you’re comparing apples to apples. Overall, I felt that Ashton was really working to meet my needs and I liked the way he balanced following up without being pushy. Today I called back to go ahead and finalize my quote and get signed up. Out of all the insurance agents that I’ve spoken to Ashton was the first one to ever mention life insurance . That is actually something that I have been wanting to look into. We were able to bundle that and save a little bit more. Overall, I had a great experience, I will be using him in the future, as long as the rates are still good. More importantly, I will be recommending him to friends and family. I am extremely grateful to work with a live human being that is able to balance following up with a potential sale without being too pushy.
