"State Farm sucks. Absolutely and grossly inefficient system. Raise your price continuously and get nothing in return. I had to pay an extra 35 bucks on my monthly bill with no notice. I’m disputing my charge with them because I asked State Farm to not charge the old card on file (they did) even after I gave them the information for a new card. So they instead gave me a bill on top of the bill for a “returned payment” even though the payment was pulled from a new card. I will Never use State Farm again."

"Andrea is the worst person to work with she literally hung up on me when I was trying to tell her about my medical status hopefully Mark calls me back to fix what she has messed up with my five-star rating now you have one star rating if I could give you a negative star rating I would Andrea"

"I’m so happy to have put my insurance with Mark Hess State Farm Agency. Kelli Poole worked with me from quoting my policies, making adjustments where needed to get me the best coverage for the best price. "Absolute terrible customer service. Similar experience to Brandon's review from a month ago. I was told a discount can't be applied to my policy because the time to update my odometer reading has passed. Mind you, the renewal date on my policy doesn't start until 9/22/24. Which is 19 days from today. Truly unbelievable."

"10/10 suggest Mark Hess and his AMAZING team for any and all insurance needs! My favorite thing is referring people to Mark Hess because I know they will get top tier service and all the protection! "Customer service is dreadful. We have been with this office since 2021, and I have never once talked with Mark Hess. There is zero proactive communication from him or his office when it comes to changes in policy. The only thing you get are the balance due notices. I feel sorry for the people working in the office who have to field phone calls from clients, like me, when we get surprise surcharges added to policies the day before a policy is to be renewed. We have already moved our auto to a different company, and we will be actively seeking to move the umbrella policy and homeowner policy to a firm that values their clients by providing professional and personal customer service."

"I was in need of a new insurer/policy. I reached out to State Farm, Jacob was quick to get back to me. He answered all of my questions, very friendly and knowledgeable. Jacob (State Farm) was able to offer a fair rate for a full coverage auto policy. We ran into a small issue with the policy, Jacob called me right away to let me know how to resolve the issue.
