"State Farm sucks. Absolutely and grossly inefficient system. Raise your price continuously and get nothing in return. I had to pay an extra 35 bucks on my monthly bill with no notice. I’m disputing my charge with them because I asked State Farm to not charge the old card on file (they did) even after I gave them the information for a new card. So they instead gave me a bill on top of the bill for a “returned payment” even though the payment was pulled from a new card. I will Never use State Farm again."

"Customer service is dreadful. We have been with this office since 2021, and I have never once talked with Mark Hess. There is zero proactive communication from him or his office when it comes to changes in policy. The only thing you get are the balance due notices. I feel sorry for the people working in the office who have to field phone calls from clients, like me, when we get surprise surcharges added to policies the day before a policy is to be renewed. We have already moved our auto to a different company, and we will be actively seeking to move the umbrella policy and homeowner policy to a firm that values their clients by providing professional and personal customer service."
